Real Estate Analyst

Job Title: Real Estate Analyst Location: Ahmedabad Employment Type: Full-time Department: Research About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Real Estate Analyst to support research, investment evaluation, market intelligence, and strategic decision-making across real estate projects and portfolios. The role will involve analysing market trends, financial performance, development opportunities, and generating insights to support case study centre. Key Responsibilities Conduct real estate market research covering demand, supply, pricing, absorption, and competitive benchmarking.

Analyse macroeconomic, demographic, and industry trends impacting residential, commercial, retail, industrial, or mixed-use assets. Build and maintain financial models for project feasibility, valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis. Support investment underwriting, due diligence, and opportunity assessment.

Prepare market reports, investment memorandums, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders. Track project performance metrics and generate actionable recommendations. Assist in land assessment, location intelligence, and highest-and-best-use analysis.

Collect and interpret data from public sources, industry reports, internal databases, and stakeholder interactions. Collaborate with development, finance, marketing, and leadership teams to support strategic initiatives. Monitor competitor launches, pricing trends, occupancy levels, and emerging market opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline. 2–5 years of experience in real estate consulting, investment analysis, development, research, valuation, or strategy roles. Required Skills Strong quantitative and analytical thinking. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with financial modelling and valuation concepts. Ability to synthesise data into business insights and executive-ready presentations. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail and structured problem-solving approach. Knowledge of real estate market dynamics and development lifecycle preferred. Preferred Skills Experience with BI tools (Power BI / Tableau).

Exposure to GIS, market intelligence platforms, or CRM tools. Understanding of NPV, IRR, DCF, and investment evaluation frameworks. Familiarity with research methodologies and dashboard reporting.
