Job Details Job Title: Privacy Program Analyst Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid) Duration: Contract - 12+ months Pay Rate Range: $70-$80/hour, depending on experience Responsibilities Conduct PHI/PII data flow mapping, privacy impact assessments (PIAs), and privacy compliance audits across multiple business functions.

Support privacy governance initiatives, breach investigations, incident response activities, and regulatory notification requirements. Perform third-party vendor privacy and security risk assessments, including review of SOC 2 reports, data protection documentation, and contractual privacy requirements. Develop operational procedures, SOPs, training materials, and implementation tools that translate privacy policies into actionable workflows.

Coordinate cross-functional privacy and compliance projects involving IT, HR, Legal, Contracts, Operations, and executive stakeholders. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in privacy program management, privacy governance, compliance audits, PIAs, vendor risk assessments, and breach response activities. Experience mapping PHI/PII workflows and supporting implementation of technical safeguards such as access controls, encryption, logging, endpoint protections, and MFA.

Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, privacy governance frameworks, breach notification requirements, and vendor due diligence processes. Strong project management, documentation, audit, training development, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
