Job Description
General Sales Manager Honda of North Hollywood seeks an experienced General Sales Manager to lead the sales department, manage inventory, and drive customer satisfaction while following dealership processes. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of Sales Management and Finance experience and Honda Experience. Possess successful history of building and training a team, strong CSI scores and above average performance.
Ability to train sales team on product knowledge, CRM usage, follow up process, and proper closing techniques. Knowledgeable in appraising and booking vehicles. Strong background in leveraging technology and driving Honda of North Hollywood processes.
Experience in Used Vehicle management preferred. Expertise in supervising the everyday efforts of the sales team. Ability to plan and manage vehicle inventory ensuring high volume and profitability.
Ability to address and resolve customer concerns. Salary and commission: $200,000 - $300,000 annually. Pay is based on applicable experience and skills; this role is eligible for commissions based on individual sales metrics.
