Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis activities for our US operations. We are seeking candidates with strong analytical skills, excellent Excel expertise, and experience supporting US-based clients or businesses. Shift: US EST (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST) Immediate Joiners Only Experience Requirements 4–6 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, reporting, or business finance.

CA Inter preferred Experience supporting US-based clients, business units, or operations is mandatory. Experience in IT Services, IT Staffing, SaaS, Professional Services, Consulting, or Technology organizations preferred. Strong Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities Support annual budgeting and forecasting activities. Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations. Perform variance analysis and identify key business trends.

Analyze revenue, profitability, utilization, and operational metrics. Build and maintain financial models and business reports. Partner with leadership teams to provide actionable business insights.

Prepare management reports and executive summaries. Support automation and process improvement initiatives. Work directly with US stakeholders and business teams.
