The Role We're looking for a Technical Sales Engineer who is equally comfortable discussing thermal resistance and closing purchase orders.

You'll own a territory across Delhi NCR and North India, building relationships with OEM procurement and engineering teams, activating distributor partners, and introducing Electo's product portfolio to industrial and MRO buyers who demand reliable, spec-compliant consumables. This is a high-ownership role โ€” you'll manage the full sales cycle from technical prospecting to post-sale support, and your work will directly shape Electo's growth in one of India's largest electronics manufacturing corridors. What You'll Do Drive revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new accounts across OEMs, electronics manufacturers, and industrial/MRO buyers in Delhi NCR and surrounding regions Manage and grow a network of distributors and channel partners โ€” onboarding, training, and enabling them to sell the Electo portfolio effectively Conduct technical product presentations, application demos, and trials at customer sites, translating product specs (viscosity, thermal conductivity, cure time, dielectric strength) into customer value Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to match customer application requirements to the right product โ€” and flag requirements that need custom formulation Prepare and deliver techno-commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and follow up to close Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM; provide weekly forecasts and territory reports to management Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and new application opportunities; feed insights back to the product and marketing teams Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets What We're Looking For Must-Have B.E. / B.Tech/ B.Sc. in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering or MSc in Chemistry (or equivalent technical degree) 3โ€“5 years of B2B technical sales experience, preferably in specialty chemicals, adhesives, sealants, thermal interface materials, or electronic consumables Familiarity with electronics manufacturing processes โ€” PCB assembly, thermal management, potting/encapsulation, or similar Strong consultative selling skills โ€” ability to engage both engineering and procurement stakeholders Proficiency in managing distributor/channel relationships Willingness to travel within the region (3โ€“4 days/week on customer visits) Fluent in Hindi and English Good to Have Prior exposure to products such as thermal pastes, conformal coatings, RTV sealants, or industrial greases Existing relationships with OEMs or EMS companies in Delhi NCR / North India Experience using CRM tools What We Offer Competitive fixed salary + performance-linked incentives Territory ownership with a clear path to Regional Sales Manager Hands-on technical training on the full Electo product line Collaborative, engineering-led culture that respects technical knowledge Travel reimbursement, phone, and field support tools https://www.electo.co.in/
