Job Description

Local Site Support (LSS) โ€“ Scope of Services 1. End-User IT Support Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux). Manage device provisioning, deprovisioning, and temporary replacements.

Deliver user guidance and resolve day-to-day IT issues. Coordinate with Level 2 support teams for advanced troubleshooting. 2. Office IT Infrastructure Support Perform basic troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of office IT services, including networking, printing, connectivity, voice, and workplace technologies.

Support network devices, Wi-Fi, LAN, access points, switches, and routers. Assist with AV equipment, digital signage, smart office solutions, and workplace monitors. Provide onsite support during maintenance activities, escalations, and audits.

Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers for repairs and replacements. Maintain incident records and support compliance requirements. 3. Asset Management Receive, register, tag, test, image, and securely store IT assets.

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic asset audits. Manage device redeployment, warranty repairs, temporary loan equipment, and secure disposal processes. Support tape management activities and compliance audits where applicable. 4.

Project-Based Site Support Support office relocations, equipment moves, and hardware refresh projects. Provide onsite assistance for business events, demonstrations, and special IT initiatives.
