Google Workspace Security & Identity Engineer Location: Mumbai / Hybrid Company: Shivaami Cloud Services Pvt. Ltd. Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 4–8 Years Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Google Workspace Security & Identity Engineer with expertise in Google Workspace administration, endpoint management, identity and access management, security operations, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing advanced security configurations, device management policies, audit investigations, and data protection controls across customer environments. Key Responsibilities Configure and manage Advanced Mobile Device Management (MDM) policies within Google Workspace. Implement and maintain Context-Aware Access policies to secure user access based on identity, device, and location.

Configure and support Google Credential Provider for Windows (GCPW) deployments. Manage and troubleshoot Google Cloud Directory Sync (GCDS) and Google Cloud Password Sync (GCPS). Conduct security audits, log analysis, and investigations of suspicious activities and incidents.

Implement and monitor Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies to protect sensitive business data. Design and enforce Data Classification policies and security controls. Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) configurations and security best practices.

Collaborate with customers to implement security, compliance, and governance requirements. Create documentation, SOPs, and security reports. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with Google Workspace Administration.

Expertise in Advanced MDM configuration and endpoint management. Experience implementing Context-Aware Access policies. Hands-on experience with GCPW, GCDS, and GCPS.

Knowledge of Audit & Investigation processes, security monitoring, and incident analysis. Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Data Classification frameworks. Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM).

Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Google Workspace certifications preferred. Experience in cloud security, compliance, and governance.

Exposure to cybersecurity best practices and enterprise security frameworks. Experience working with enterprise customers and managed service environments.
