Job Title: Enterprise Software Sales Manager โ€“ AI & Logistics Solutions Location: Remote / Hybrid (KPI-Based) Experience: 3+ Years Industry Preference: SaaS, Logistics Technology, Supply Chain Solutions Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Software Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for our AI and logistics software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, engaging with enterprise clients, and closing high-value deals. This role requires a strong balance of virtual selling expertise and in-person client engagement, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities Generate and manage enterprise-level sales opportunities Conduct online product demos, presentations, and client meetings Meet customers in person to build relationships and close deals Identify customer pain points and recommend suitable software solutions Maintain and update sales pipelines using CRM tools Collaborate with technical and implementation teams throughout the sales cycle Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Required Experience & Skills 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales or SaaS sales Proven track record of closing deals and managing enterprise clients Strong experience in client presentations, negotiations, and solution selling Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable with travel and face-to-face client interactions Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and sales tools Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with experience in the following domains will have an added advantage: Logistics and transportation technology Fleet management systems Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Supply chain and distribution software Telematics and vehicle tracking platforms Preferred Domain Knowledge Basic understanding of: Fleet operations Transport planning Last-mile delivery operations Warehouse and dock management Route optimization What We Are Looking For We are looking for a commercially driven, self-motivated professional who can independently manage the entire enterprise sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-oriented, and capable of building long-term client relationships. Work Arrangement This is a Remote / Hybrid role operating under a KPI-driven performance model rather than fixed office attendance.

The selected candidate can work remotely or in a hybrid setup, provided all sales targets, customer engagement goals, and reporting requirements are consistently met.
