Job Description
We are looking for a highly execution-focused Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of new store openings. This role is responsible for ensuring every store is launched on time, within budget, and as per brand standards by coordinating architects, contractors, vendors, landlords, consultants, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Own complete New Store Opening (NSO) project lifecycle from site handover to store launch.
Create and manage project plans, timelines, budgets and milestone trackers. Coordinate with architects, PMCs, contractors, vendors and landlords. Monitor civil, interior, electrical, HVAC, signage, technology, and fixture installations.
Conduct regular site visits and proactively resolve execution bottlenecks. Track project costs and ensure budget adherence. Drive statutory approvals and compliance requirements wherever applicable.
Ensure store readiness across infrastructure, technology, branding, and operations before launch. Provide regular project status updates to leadership. Ideal Candidate 4โ8 years of project management experience in retail, hospitality, commercial interiors, or multi-location expansion projects.
Strong understanding of store fit-outs, interior execution, and vendor management. Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable with frequent travel. What Success Looks Like Stores launched on or before committed timelines. Projects delivered within approved budgets.
