This is a full-time role for a Business Development Consultant for New England (MA, RI, NH, ME, CT, VT). The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building long-term relationships with clients. Daily activities will include business planning, providing expert consultation, and offering strategic solutions to meet client needs.
The role demands effective communication and collaboration with clients and team members to achieve business growth objectives. More specifically, your main tasks will be: Achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales targets Research, qualify, and close new business opportunities Provide ongoing support and education to existing clients Manage inventory levels and optimize merchandising Plan and execute events, launches, and in‑salon activations Use CRM tools to track activities and maximize efficiency Collaborate with our Regional Sales Manager and Education team Qualifications Reside in Greater Boston Area Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively 3+ years of B2B sales experience in beauty, skincare, haircare or hospitality Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation Consulting experience, with the ability to provide strategic business advice Strong Communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities Experience in Business Planning to identify opportunities and drive growth Self‑motivated with the ability to work remotely and meet targets independently #J-18808-Ljbffr
