JOB TITLE & PURPOSE OF THE JOB Job Title : Industrialization Engineer/Industrial Data Engineer Job Code : IN-IS-01_003 Purpose of the job: This role is required to be filled to Support Industrial activities at DUHAI/ MODIPURM Depots as part of RRTS Project- 15 years’ Service Contract. POSITION IN THE ORGANISATION Organization structure: Service Industrial Reports directly to: Industrial Manager Other reporting to: NA Direct reports: NA Network & Links Position title of connected positions / functional report Internal Engineering: Design Engineer / ISR Manufacturing: Savli/Maneja Quality: Industrial Quality Supply Chain: Logistics Engineer Sourcing: Buyer EHS team External Subcontractors Suppliers Customer ACCOUNTABILITIES & AUTHORITIES Create Standard Operation Process & Work Instructions: (Including EHS actions, Railway safety actions, parts & tools list, special processes rules implementation, self-inspections & check points, method times, traceability records ...) Support on Implementation of IS tools: GSI/SES (Internal) Support on customer interface for GSI/Maximo Implementation (Reports, KPI's, Process) Verify List of parts for Maintenance (incl. local technical information and suppliers requirements) Create PM plan tracker (WI, Material, BOM, Lifting plan, Tooling & Fixture....) Participate in the design of MHE and specific tooling equipment Insure the maintenance of the Industrial equipment Manage maintenance and control of active tools on site and at subcontractors Manage activity related to Industrial (e-buy creation/PR, supplier follow-up, Internal follow-up.....) List & location of machines & infrastructure equipment, equipment, jigs, tools. EXPERIENCE PREREQUISITES & REQUIRED COMPETENCES Educational Requirements: BE / B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical Mandatory Strong hands-on experience in SAP PM module end-to-end processes, Maximo, and Qlik Sense Knowledge of middleware functionality Experience: Experience in rolling stock maintenance Mandatory 5 years experiences in Rolling stock Project management or equivalent Process and Method Competencies & Skills Autonomous, rigorous, good communication Good teaching skills & Knowledge of CAD, 3D, SAP, Maximo, Innovative, participative in business workgroups Able to read, write and speak English You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
