Job Description
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of retail technology solutions that enhance in-store operations and elevate the employee and guest experience. This role will focus on improving product accessibility, operational efficiency, and supporting store teams—particularly during high-demand/peak periods. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of retail environments, product operations, and change management, and can partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities Drive execution of retail technology initiatives in partnership with engineering teams—from requirements through launch Own and manage the product roadmap, including near-term delivery and future phases (Phase 2 / Phase 3 horizons) Translate retail operational needs into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs Collaborate closely with Retail, UX, and Product Design partners to shape and refine future product capabilities Ensure solutions improve in-store efficiency and enable store associates (educators) to access product quickly and seamlessly Lead product operations activities, ensuring smooth rollout and adoption—especially in preparation for peak retail periods Gather feedback from store teams and stakeholders to continuously improve product performance and usability Support change management efforts tied to new retail processes and technologies Monitor product performance and key operational metrics to inform enhancements 5–8+ years of Product Management experience, with a focus on retail technology or retail operations Strong understanding of the retail ecosystem (store operations, inventory flow, associate workflows, etc.) Proven experience driving product operations efficiency and delivering solutions that improve in-store execution Experience leading end-to-end product delivery with engineering teams Ability to plan for and execute against peak retail periods (e.g., seasonal demand, high traffic environments) Experience partnering cross-functionally with Retail, UX, and technical teams Demonstrated experience in retail operations change management and driving adoption of new tools/processes Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
