PE Global is currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Planning Analyst to join a leading global manufacturing organisation on a 12-month contract basis. Location: Desford, Leicestershire Duration: 12-Month Contract (Potential Extension) Rate: ยฃ19.83 per hour Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm (flexibility available on start and finish times) Working Pattern: Fully Onsite Start Date: ASAP The Opportunity This role offers exposure to cutting-edge supply chain technologies and provides the chance to contribute directly to the rollout of a new ERP platform. Key Responsibilities Support the implementation of a new ERP and supply chain planning system Coordinate and engage with suppliers throughout the project lifecycle Track supplier responses and ensure timely completion of project-related activities Act as a key communication link between suppliers and internal project teams Identify, escalate and help resolve project-related issues and risks Support process alignment and data readiness activities Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of project progress Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations and IT Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives following system implementation Essential Skills & Experience Previous experience in a supply chain, ERP, project support or stakeholder coordination role Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems, ideally within a supply chain environment Strong stakeholder management and supplier engagement skills Experience tracking activities, managing follow-ups and resolving issues Ability to work within structured, process-driven environments Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging stakeholders via phone, video calls and face-to-face interactions Proactive approach with strong organisational skills Desirable Experience Experience within manufacturing, automotive, logistics, distribution, FMCG or retail supply chain environments Knowledge of SAP supply chain modules such as IBP, EWM or Digital Manufacturing Previous involvement in ERP implementation or transformation projects Degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT or a related discipline SAP certification (advantageous but not essential) Interested candidates should submit an updated CV.
