Assistant Manager – Automation & Process Efficiency

Improve operational efficiency by identifying process gaps, implementing automation, and optimizing workflows for scale and productivity. Key Responsibilities Identify process gaps and design improved workflows. Deliver automation solutions in partnership with business and technology teams.

Support implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of workflows. Lead team members, manage work allocation, and support coaching and performance development. Use approved AI tools to identify efficiency opportunities and strengthen workflow execution.
