Treasury Manager

Job Purpose This role requires the candidate to be actively managing fund raising and for the company. Fund raising would be in form of term loans/ ECBs. Role Preparation of CMA/ Information Memorandum / proposals for bankers/ investors Managing end to end process including post drawdown processes Preparing timely treasury related MIS Managing relationships with Banks Filing regulatory returns related to ECB Qualification & experience CA/ MBA 5-7 years work experience in treasury Essential skills Handled treasury functions of a HFC / NBFC Has raised funds in current role Aware of various regulations related to borrowings Good communication skill, multi-tasking skills and presentation skills Ability to work in a challenging and unstructured / dynamic environment in start-up environment Skilful in planning tasks and able to prioritize work and ability to work strategically Good Collaboration with various functions Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage
