Remote Business Development Associate

Description We at Network ESC are looking for motivated and energetic candidates to work as Business Development Associates and help us build up our Temporary and Permanent staffing clientele. Business Development Associates will work closely with sales, clients, vendors, and other staff to identify and close new business deals. They must have a strong understanding of our recruiting, staffing, and payrolling services here at Network ESC and great customer service skills. Responsibilities include: ? Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings ? Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives ? Developing quotes and proposals for clients ? Developing goals for business growth and helping ensure they are met This position is fully remote and allows associates to make their own hours! This is a commission-based role that has unlimited growth potential and no cap on how much you can make.
