Job Title: Specialist - Digital Sales Location: Delhi/ NCR Employment Type: Full Time About The Role A Global Publishing company is seeking dynamic and results- driven Specialist – Digital Sales, in Delhi locations to lead outreach and sales efforts for digital products. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education technology, skilled in relationship building, and excels at delivering results through strategic engagement. As a key member of our sales team, the incumbent shall be responsible for driving adoption of digital solutions in top schools, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth implementation of the offerings.
This is a high-impact role that combines sales, account management and customer success. Key Responsibilities: · Engage with key decision-makers at schools to establish strong relationships and communicate clear value propositions. • Prepare, customize, and share sales presentations (PPTs) tailored to school requirements and stakeholder needs. • Conduct virtual meetings, Zoom calls, in-person school visits, and product demonstrations to showcase Scholastic’s digital solutions. • Schedule and deliver product presentations for school stakeholders, addressing queries and highlighting product benefits. • Coordinate and execute product trial sessions within schools. • Organize and lead webinars for parents to promote student subscriptions for digital products. • Drive student subscription sales through consultative and strategic engagement. • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate product testing, installations, and smooth onboarding. • Plan and organize teacher training programs and ensure effective implementation of digital products. • Support ongoing customer engagement and provide exceptional end-to-end sales and pre-sales service. · Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and customers to nurture relationships and identify new business opportunities. Qualifications : · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field · Proven experience in Sales/Business Development. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills · Excellent negotiation skills and customer service orientation · Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment · Knowledge or experience in School Sales.
