Treasury Manager

Position Purpose We are seeking an experienced Forex Dealer to join our Treasury team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of foreign exchange markets, foreign remittance procedures, SWIFT operations, and managing treasury forwards and derivative contracts. This role requires close coordination with banks, clients, and internal departments/ branches to ensure efficient and compliant forex transactions. Job Specification Manage and monitor foreign currency exposures and hedge positions using forward contracts . Handle inward and outward foreign remittances, ensuring compliance with FEMA, RBI guidelines, and internal policies predominantly towards education remittances and tour payments. Coordinate with banks for execution and settlement of forex transactions. Operate and monitor SWIFT transactions, including preparation, validation, and authorization of messages Track and report forex market movements, provide updates to management, and support in currency risk management strategies. Prepare documentation for forex contracts, including forward booking and extension, cancellation, and early delivery. Ensure timely reconciliation of forex trades, remittances, and treasury positions Maintain records and MIS for forex trades, exposures, and hedging activities.

Skill and Qualification Sound knowledge of forex markets, currency derivatives, and treasury instruments In-depth understanding of foreign remittances and FEMA guidelines. Proficiency in SWIFT operations Experience in handling forward contracts and treasury risk management Working knowledge of treasury/forex platforms Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
