The case manager will collaborate with professional staff, provide individual counseling, facilitate skill development, and communicate with families, probation officers, and referral agencies regarding student progress. The role involves monitoring and documenting clinical behaviors, participating in educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities, and creating a supportive environment for youth. Qualifications BA/BS in a related field. At least three years of case management experience with juveniles. Age 21 or older. Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen (without THC), physical, TB test, and child abuse registry search. Schedule 5 Days on, 2 Days off – 40 hours per week.
