Role Overview We are looking for an energetic Sales Manager โ€“ D2C Acquisition to identify, approach, and onboard D2C brands looking to expand into global markets.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales conversations, founder outreach, brand research, and building relationships with fast-growing consumer brands. Key Responsibilities Identify and research D2C brands across categories such as beauty, fashion, food, wellness, home, lifestyle, and consumer goods. Reach out to founders, brand owners, and growth teams through LinkedIn, email, calls, and events.

Explain globbelโ€™s global expansion model and qualify brands based on export readiness, SKU potential, and market fit. Schedule discovery meetings and support the senior team in converting qualified leads. Maintain daily lead tracking, CRM updates, follow-ups, and pipeline reports.

Support brand onboarding by coordinating with internal teams. Track market trends, competitor activity, and high-potential brand categories. Ideal Candidate Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, D2C, eCommerce, startups, or brand partnerships.

Strong communication and persuasion skills. Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, calls, and CRM tools. Interest in D2C brands, eCommerce, exports, and global markets.

Self-starter with high ownership and follow-up discipline. Ability to speak confidently with founders and brand teams. Good to Have Prior internship or work experience in sales, eCommerce, D2C brands, logistics, marketplaces, or SaaS.

Understanding of Amazon, Shopify, marketplaces, or cross-border commerce. What Youโ€™ll Learn How D2C brands expand internationally. B2B sales, founder outreach, pipeline management, and deal qualification.
