Important: This role is only open to candidates with 2+ years of experience selling premium interior products through architects and interior designers. Candidates lacking direct experience in architect/designer-led sales within the interior products industry will not be considered. Note: This is a Delhi based role and hence we are only seeking candidates based currently in NCR Region. About Evolve Artisanal, specializes in crafting artisanal wall panels, designer door skins, and new-age decorative material. Our clientele includes architects, interior designers, contractors, new homeowners, and product manufacturers.

Role: Sales & Business Development Executive Based in Delhi / Remote + Field Work Work Timings 6 days a week from 10:00am to 7:00pm (Alternate Saturday) Reporting to Business Head What do you need to do? (Role and Responsibilities) We are seeking to hire a Sales & Business Development Executive with 2+ years of experience in the architecture products, interior products, and building materials industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, which include identifying and developing leads, meeting potential clients, and converting leads into successful business opportunities.
This role demands a proactive approach to sales and a thorough understanding of the industry to effectively drive growth and build lasting client relationships. Job Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Development: Identify and research potential clients Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through various channels, including cold calling, meetings, networking, and attending industry events. 2.
Client Engagement: Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable product solutions. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Ensure customer satisfaction for all new and existing clientele. 3.
Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales by effectively demonstrating product benefits and value propositions. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients. 4. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies.
Provide feedback to the product development team to align offerings with market demand. 5. Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales tactics to achieve company targets and objectives. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns. 6.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions as per company guidelines. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Technical skill requirements of the role : Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Design or related field.
Working experience of using microsoft office tools like Excel, Word and Powerpoint Experience in using google products like Gmail, Gdrive etc. Working experience of professional email writing Soft skill requirements of the role: Excellent oral and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills to assist with the process of sales and marketing Should be street smart with the ability to think on their toes and handle client negotiation Comfortable with travelling locally and pan India for project requirements Preferred Candidates: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Wall Finishes, Building Material, or Paint industry. Candidates with their own conveyance and laptop will be given priority.
