THE ROLE — SHOW RUNNER FOR THE FOUNDER You are not a marketing manager. You are not a social media exec. You are the creative mind behind making our founder the most visible face in India's fitness industry — without the founder lifting a finger on logistics.

You are the person who builds the content engine, gets in the room for every shoot, plans the events that make people stop scrolling, and manages the storytelling that makes 50,000 members feel like they belong to a movement. If you have built a content world around a founder, directed shoots, planned 10+ events in a year, and thrive in fast-moving creative chaos — this is your role. WHAT YOU WILL CREATE & EXECUTE • Founder Storytelling: Direct and manage the founder's voice across , YouTube, Instagram Reels, and podcasts — you write the briefs, coordinate the shoots, and own the calendar • Content Studio: Build and run a lean content engine — you're the creative director, not just the scheduler.

Briefs, shoots, post-production coordination, publishing cadence • Live Events & Activations: Conceive and execute 25–40+ events per year — franchise discovery events, fitness expos, city roadshows, college activations, brand launches. You are physically present. You make it happen. • Creator & Influencer World: Identify, pitch, and manage creator partnerships and brand collaborations that actually move the needle — not just vanity metrics • Press & Earned Media: Build relationships with journalists, podcast hosts, and media personalities who will amplify the WTF Gyms story • Build Your Team: Hire and lead 2–4 content creators, videographers, and event coordinators who report to you WHO YOU ARE • 4–8 years of experience in brand storytelling, content creation, or creative marketing • You have been inside a startup that scaled fast — D2C, fitness, lifestyle, F&B, or consumer brand preferred • You have managed a founder's personal brand or worked in a Founder's Office with a creative mandate • You have stood in a venue and made an event happen — not just briefed an agency • You shoot Reels.

You write posts. You understand what makes content hit in 2025. • You post your own content on .
