Job Description

Territory Sales Manager – Miami, Florida Purple Wave seeks an energetic sales professional to represent our brand across South Florida’s vibrant markets. In this role you will build relationships with heavy equipment owners, educate them about our online auction services, and close sales while maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and potential customers to increase Purple Wave’s visibility and brand recognition.

Educate and inform clients within the assigned territory about available equipment auction services and how they can be leveraged. Gather and enter customer information and opportunities in CRM for effective communication. Ensure successful execution and support of all phases of the auction process.

Represent Purple Wave positively to equipment owners, buyers, and sellers. Promote upcoming auctions through inventory and package promotion. Manage buyer and seller relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Respond to inbound sales inquiries promptly and professionally. Represent Purple Wave at trade shows, conferences, and similar events to promote services and assets. Undertake additional duties as requested.

Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Minimum three (3) years of successful sales experience. Ability to travel extensively as required.

Knowledge of construction, agriculture, fleet, or government industries. Proficiency in using various technologies, tools, and systems to gather and share information electronically. Self‑motivated with initiative to close deals.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to maintain high ethical standards.

U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S. Required to pass a background check. Valid state driver’s license.

Working Settings Full‑time, salaried, exempt, no overtime. Flexible schedule; willing to work outside standard business hours. Travel up to 75% of the time.

Physically demanding: climbing, lifting, and exertion up to 50 pounds. Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary with commission based on sales revenue and potential additional commissions. Company vehicle, cell phone, and computer equipment provided.

Health, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days of employment. 401(k) plan with employer match up to 4% starting on the first day of employment. Company‑paid life insurance of $25,000 with optional additional coverage. Paid time off (PTO) 120 hours annually, prorated after day 60.

Eligibility to participate in the Employee Stock Purchase Program after 90 days, with enrollment each May and November.
