Director, Training & Development – Launch & Scale (Equity)

Madrigal Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Training Manager to develop and deliver training for commercial teams focusing on novel therapeutics for metabolic dysfunction. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years in the pharmaceutical industry and strong presentation and facilitation skills. This role requires collaboration across functions to identify training needs and execute training solutions for product launches and existing products.
