The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to streamline business processes, automate workflows, and provide ongoing Zoho platform support. Key Responsibilities Configure and customize Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and other Zoho applications.

Develop workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and automation. Create custom solutions using Deluge scripting. Integrate Zoho applications with third-party platforms through APIs.

Provide troubleshooting, maintenance, and user support. Conduct requirement gathering and suggest process improvements. Train end-users on Zoho applications and best practices.

Perform data migration, cleansing, and validation activities. Required Skills Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator. Knowledge of Deluge scripting and workflow automation.

Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications Zoho Certification is a plus. Experience with Zoho One ecosystem. Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Working Hours 5 to 6 hours per week (flexible schedule). Available for occasional stakeholder meetings and support sessions.
