Job Description Job Description Home‑Based Clinician Newaygo County Mental Health – White Cloud, MI Newaygo County Mental Health is seeking a Home‑Based Clinician within our Youth and Family Services team for a family-centered treatment program. This position will provide intensive, home-based services to families. Thorough knowledge and background in family dynamics, child development, and intervention with family and community systems are essential. What You’ll Do Provide home‑based screenings, assessments, and therapeutic services for children ages 0–17, with a focus on infants and toddlers (0–3). Deliver short‑term counseling (individual, family, and group) using trauma‑informed, relationship‑based approaches. Help families access essential community resources (housing, medical care, transportation, financial supports). Coordinate care with schools, DHS, courts, and community partners. Support families in achieving developmental milestones and maintaining stability in the home.
