Yardi Functional Consultant - Remote work

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Yardi Functional Consultant with hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in end-to-end Yardi implementations, process transformation, and large-scale data migrations within the UAE/GCC real estate and property management sector. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Yardi implementations and transformation programs for enterprise clients Manage full project lifecycle: scope definition, planning, execution, monitoring, risk mitigation, and closure Drive Business Process Reviews (BPR) to align Yardi solutions with business objectives and workflows Execute large-scale data migrations from legacy systems ensuring data accuracy, reconciliation, and audit readiness Configure system setup including chart of accounts, property hierarchies, user security, and workflows Conduct training sessions for end-users across leasing and finance teams Provide post go-live support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements Manage cross-functional delivery teams and coordinate with technical teams for integrations and customizations.

Required Yardi Modules Expertise Yardi Elevate and Yardi Voyager Commercial Leasing and Residential Leasing modules Finance modules: Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL) Work Order, Fixed Assets, and Inspection modules Required Experience: Total Experience: Minimum 5years in ERP consulting, enterprise systems implementation, or property management software Yardi Experience: Minimum 4 years working with Yardi Voyager (International) including full-cycle implementations and migrations Regional Experience: UAE/GCC market experience preferred
