We ensure that Stripeâs real estate portfolio evolves to stay aligned with our mission and the needs of our users, while also ensuring efficient space utilization.
As part of the team, youâll help scale Stripeâs future workspaces, collaborating with stakeholders across the company. What youâll do Reporting to the Head of Workplace, the Strategy and Operations Manager will play a key role in driving crossâfunctional initiatives across our core Workplace pillars (Real Estate Strategy and Transactions, Environments, and Experience), alongside highâpriority interstitial projects. Youâll contribute to projects and programs that shape the future of Workplace at Stripe, moving from strategy to execution while ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities Assist the Head of Workplace in defining SOKRs and ensuring all pillars and crossâfunctional partners are aligned with the teamâs roadmap. Lead crossâfunctional projects that donât fit neatly into one department. Support M A integrations.
Identify bottlenecks in our current workflows and design scalable processes to remove them. Design and lead operating cadences and governance forums to ensure speed, clarity, and accountability. Conduct deepâdiving analyses on business metrics to provide the Workplace Leadership Team with actionable recommendations for growth and efficiency.
Drive the Workplace AI and data strategy in partnership with our IT Business Partner. Identify and implement innovative Workplace technologies and systems. Who you are Weâre looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.

Minimum requirements 5+ years of experience in strategy and operations, management consulting, corporate real estate strategy, or a dataâdriven operational role in a fastâgrowing environment.
Strong quantitative skills with a track record of using data to drive complex business cases and macroâlevel decisions. Demonstrated experience leading largeâscale, crossâfunctional projects from ambiguous conception to rigorous execution. Experience working directly within or alongside Workplace or Real Estate teams.
Preferred qualifications Great collaboration and people skills, with the ability to build relationships with both leaders and individual contributors across the broader organization. High judgment with the ability to balance speed, risk, and organizational health. An inclination to solve problems systematically via infrastructure and automation.
A clear willingness to take a handsâon approach and dive into the details. The ability to work independently or with a small team. Flexibility with changing requirements in an evolving and fastâpaced environment.
Strong communication skills and an ability to build and leverage crossâfunctional relationships. Ability to capture complex concepts and communicate them succinctly to key stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
