Workday Consultant

Job Title: Workday Consultant - PECI Integrations Duration: 12+ Months (with possible extension) Location : Pune OR Chennai, India Work Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week Job Overview: The client is seeking a Workday PECI Integrations Analyst to join our dynamic team on a long-term project. As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for the design, development, and management of Workday PECI integrations. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Workday integrations, a solid understanding of PECI (Payroll Interface), and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment and optimization of Workday solutions.

Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Workday-Integration with a strong focus on PECI (Payroll Interface). Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB(Enterprise Interface Builder), and PECI configurations. Familiarity with Workday HCM and Payroll modules is a must.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide solutions. Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Project Management: Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Integration Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Workday integration tools and technologies (e.g., Workday Studio, Workday Web Services, and EIB). Payroll Knowledge: Understanding of payroll systems, data structures, and integration best practices related to payroll processing.
