Job Description
Required Skills & Experience 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in data‑driven or HR technology environments. Strong functional experience with Workday , including HR data concepts and business processes. Working knowledge of MongoDB for data analysis and issue investigation.
Experience supporting RESTful API integrations and validating data exchanges Hands‑on experience with Workday report writing. Strong experience in UAT execution , including test plan creation and defect management. Solid understanding of HR data, data structures, and downstream data consumption .
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts from a functional perspective. Experience working in Agile delivery environments. Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
