We are looking for a versatile Web Developer & Designer to lead the redesign and technical evolution of our digital presence. This role is critical for transforming complex IT service offerings into an intuitive, high-converting web experience. The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of design sensibility and technical execution , with the ability to translate high-level business goals into functional, modern web architectures.

Core Responsibilities · Re-imagine and overhaul existing web properties to align with modern UI/UX standards while maintaining brand integrity. · Collaborate with stakeholders to understand client objectives, ensuring the site structure supports lead generation and service education. · Develop responsive, high-performance interfaces using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or advanced CMS custom coding). · Create clean, professional layouts that simplify complex technical concepts (Cloud, Cybersecurity, Managed Services) for a global audience. · Ensure all web assets are optimized for speed, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility. Technical Requirements · Strong Back-End Web Development and Programming skills · Proficiency with 2 to 5 Years of experience in Front-End Development and Web Design · Experience in Web Development , including creating and maintaining responsive and accessible interfaces · Advanced knowledge of WordPress (custom theme/plugin development) or similar enterprise-level platforms. · Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility, debugging tools, and modern development frameworks · Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in remote team environments · Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development methodologies is a plus · Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch , specifically for corporate/tech sectors. · Understanding of hosting environments, DNS management, and SSL implementation. Professional Profile · Ability to audit an existing site and identify friction points in the user journey. · A \"pixel-perfect\" approach to design and a \"clean-code\" approach to development. · Capable of explaining technical decisions to non-technical team members and clients. · Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where \"People Strategy\" and \"Precision\" are core values.

Preferred Experience · Experience designing for B2B IT Services or Staffing/Recruitment industries. · Knowledge of motion graphics or subtle web animations to enhance user engagement. · Familiarity with building accessible (WCAG compliant) websites. Education Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. · Certifications on related fields is a big plus.
