About the Role Ananta Altitude is looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Web Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable web applications, solving real-world business problems, and working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. You will work closely with the founders and stakeholders to develop, maintain, and enhance digital products that support business growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain web applications and internal business platforms. Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance front-end interfaces. Develop and integrate back-end services, APIs, and databases.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.
Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices. Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where relevant. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 1–4 years of experience in web application development.
Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js). Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with Git, version control systems, and deployment workflows. Understanding of cloud platforms and hosting environments is a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
