Wax Removal Clinician / Healthcare Assistant London | Multi-Site Role Full-Time | Up to £35,000 We are working with a growing independent hearing care provider that is expanding across London and looking to appoint a Wax Removal Clinician / HCA to support its established and newly opening clinics. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with wax removal experience who wants to join a business with ambitious growth plans, a strong clinical focus, and the chance to work across a small number of high-quality sites. The Role You will be responsible for delivering safe, effective wax removal clinics across a small cluster of London locations.

The role will involve working across 2–3 sites depending on your location and travel preferences, with the flexibility to support different clinics as demand grows. Appointments are scheduled at 30 minutes per patient , allowing time to deliver a high standard of care without being rushed. The position may also develop to include Saturday clinics as the business continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities Carry out wax removal procedures safely and confidently Use ENT microscopes as part of routine clinical practice Deliver excellent patient care and a professional clinical experience Support the wider clinic team by identifying patients who may benefit from a full hearing assessment Work flexibly across multiple London sites where required What We Are Looking For Previous experience in wax removal / microsuction Strong patient-facing skills and a professional manner Flexible approach to working across different clinic locations Relevant training or accreditation in wax removal Highly Desirable Training completed through the Audiology Academy or another recognised accredited course Experience with microsuction and irrigation Background as a HCA, nurse, audiology support professional, or similar clinical role Experience working in a more clinically focused environment rather than a purely retail-led setting Package Salary of up to £35,000 , depending on experience Opportunity to join a business with significant growth plans across London Exposure to a high-quality clinical set-up and experienced leadership team Potential for future incentive structure linked to referrals into hearing assessments About the Opportunity This employer is opening new clinics at pace and is looking for people who want to be part of that journey.
