Job Description Job Description Warehouse Workflow Coordinator Pay: $21.00 per hour Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - 6:00pm start time. Hours: Full time. Night Shift. Essential Job Duties Monitor personnel and equipment by utilizing in/out logs for voice order picking systems to team members at the beginning and end of their shifts Distribute work orders to order selectors via operating scanner Run and provide performance reports to supervisors regarding excessive time or gaps Sustain order integrity under the direction of the office and warehouse managers Support warehouse productivity by re-printing pallets tags Monitor timeliness of order selectors to ensure shift goals are met Post hourly production reports using software such as Produce Pro and Excel Maintain equipment and work area by cleaning and sanitizing Create cleaning schedule as directed Assist as needed in broken area of the warehouse Working in temperatures between 34°ree;-38°ree;. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Previous experience with WMS, Produce Pro preferred Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel (sort, sum, average columns) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to use Intercom system for giving direction Food service experience preferred Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Position is contingent upon successfully passing a drug screen, including THC.
