What Youâll Own Lead and actively manage all daily warehouse operationsâreceiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution Build, coach, and develop a highâperforming warehouse team Create structure and accountability through clear processes and expectations Ensure accuracy in inventory, documentation, and billing Drive a safetyâfirst culture that protects your team and the operation Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity Partner with leadership and crossâfunctional teams to improve operations and execution Help implement systems and technology that modernize and streamline processes Oversee scheduling and tracking of incoming and outgoing commercial projects Step in where neededâthis is a handsâon leadership role What You Bring 2â5 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or transportation Proven ability to lead teams and hold people accountable Strong operational knowledge across inventory, receiving, & warehouse workflows Experience with WMS systems (Magaya is a plus) A mindset focused on problemâsolving, efficiency, & continuous improvement Strong communication and organizational skillsComfort working both strategically and handsâon in the operation Forklift certification is a plus What You Can Expect A role where your voice matters and your ideas are implemented A company with stability, growth, and a strong reputation in the industry A team that values hard work, accountability, and doing things the right way The opportunity to lead, build, and improveânot just maintain Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods Why This Role Stands Out At Armstrong, youâre not just managing inventoryâyouâre driving the operation that keeps businesses and supply chains moving forward.
