Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000/salary, based on experience Benefits: Health and Dental Insurance, Paid Time Off A Day in the Life of the Warehouse Manager In this role, you’ll take full ownership of a new warehouse operation, building processes, leading a team, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day logistics. You’ll play a critical role in supporting the company’s supply chain by driving efficiency, safety, and accuracy across all warehouse functions.

This is a highly visible leadership position reporting directly to executive leadership, offering the opportunity to shape operations from the ground up. Responsibilities Oversee all warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control Hire, train, and manage warehouse staff while fostering a strong team culture Develop, document, and continuously improve operational processes Design and optimize warehouse layout for safety and efficiency Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move and organize materials Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free work environment with regular safety checksPromote and enforce a culture of workplace safety Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment Build and manage relationships with third‑party vendors and service providers Manage company assets, including procurement and inventory tracking Prepare budgets and capital expenditure requests as needed Requirements and Qualifications Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager 1+ years of experience supervising and/or managing a team Strong background in shipping, receiving, logistics, and supply chain operations Prior experience being solely responsible for running a warehouse or warehouse function Valid forklift certification Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment Physical ability to lift/move 50+ lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods About the Hiring Company Our client is a respected manufacturer in the hard surface flooring industry, known for quality products and innovation.
