Warehouse Manager

This role is critical to ensuring warehouse operations run efficiently, safely, and in alignment with business objectives.

You will lead overall warehouse performance, oversee team operations, and drive continuous improvement across processes and systems .The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, and a proven track record in warehouse management . Key responsibilitie s:· Operational Oversight: Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, putaway, picking, and shippin g.· Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff; foster a positive, high-performance cultur e.· Inventory Control: Ensure 99.95%+ inventory accuracy through regular audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation with inventory system s.· Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations and internal protocol s.· Logistics Coordination: Liaise with customer service, suppliers, and carriers to ensure on-time fulfillmen t.· Quality and Productivity: Ensure team meets established productivity and quality KPIs (e.g., UPH, accuracy targets ).· Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and optimize warehouse layout for better flow and storage densit y.· Budget Management: Manage warehouse budgets, expenses, and operational performance (KPIs ).· Performance Reporting: Report on warehouse performance and provide insights to leadershi p.· Perform other duties as require d. Requirements and Skil ls:· Experience: 5+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experie nce· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business prefer red· Technical Skills: Proficiency in WMS, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and Microsoft Ex cel· Certifications: Valid Forklift certification and valid driver’s lice nse· Work in various warehouse conditions (e.g., cold storage if applicab le)· Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop te ams· Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication ski lls· Ability to adapt to evolving processes and drive continuous improvem ent· Bilingual in Chinese and English (required for customer communicati on) Langu age: Chinese/Mandarin (prefe rred) Work Location: In person
