Industry: Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing Type: Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to spearhead its go-to-market strategy and execution across North America, Mexico, Canada, and LATAM. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a multi-channel sales ecosystem, including direct sales, distribution, and machinery OEM, with a focus on building scalable processes, penetrating new markets, and growing revenue. This high-impact role demands a proven sales leader with a background in industrial automation, power electronics, and motor control technologies. Responsibilities Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy across the Americas. Leading and coaching a high-performing sales organization. Establishing long-term relationships with industry partners. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product-market fit, define and track KPIs, and represent the company at various industry events. Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience in industrial automation, power electronics, or motor control sectors, with a strong technical background in motor control and industrial applications.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field; MBA preferred. Experience in a mid-sized or rapidly scaling organization and a proven ability to lead multi-functional teams and cross-border sales operations.
