Role Overview We are seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead and scale WorkMagicโs revenue organization. This leader will bring deep experience selling advertising or advertising services and strong relationships across the advertising ecosystem. The ideal candidate has successfully sold into brands, ad agencies, and marketing organizations and understands the complexities of modern advertising measurement.
They will own revenue growth, build and manage the sales team, and develop strategic partnerships across the advertising ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Own and drive overall revenue strategy and sales execution for WorkMagic. Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales organization including account executives and strategic sellers.
Develop and close enterprise sales opportunities with brands, agencies, and marketing organizations. Leverage existing relationships across advertising agencies, DTC brands, TV advertising agencies, and marketing leaders . Establish WorkMagic as a trusted partner in advertising measurement and marketing analytics .
Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to refine go-to-market strategy and positioning . Create repeatable sales processes, forecasting discipline, and pipeline management. Required Qualifications 4+ years of sales experience , with significant leadership experience in B2B SaaS or advertising technology.
Direct advertising sales background โ must have sold advertising, ad services, or ad tech solutions. Demonstrated success selling to brands, advertising agencies, and marketing leaders . #J-18808-Ljbffr
