Client Summary Early-stage healthcare technology company focused on improving outcomes through data-driven solutions Platform helps organizations better engage and support individuals across the care journey Combines analytics and technology to influence decision-making and behavior at scale Works with healthcare stakeholders to address gaps in engagement and outcomes Collaborative, mission-driven team building innovative solutions in a growing market Position Responsibilities Lead and direct engineering across software, cloud, data, and developer platform teams Drive execution of product and platform roadmaps aligned to company OKRs Oversee delivery of scalable, secure, cloud-native applications and data pipelines Establish and enforce standardized engineering processes, toolchains, and SDLC practices Promote a culture of reliability, quality, and continuous improvement (CI/CD, DevOps, testing) Collaborate with cross‑functional leadership (Product, AI, Data, Behavioral Science) on technical strategy Build and develop high‑performing, distributed engineering teams and leadership bench Oversee cloud governance, cost optimization, and compliance (HIPAA, GDPR) Contribute to architecture strategy and serve as a technical leader on complex initiatives Experience & Skills Required Experience and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering Significant experience in technical and people leadership roles Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams and deliver production systems Experience managing and developing engineering staff, including performance oversight Preferred Experience and Qualifications Experience building and deploying AI-centered systems Experience in healthcare technology or regulated environments Background working with HIPAA-compliant systems and data governance frameworks Experience scaling SaaS or PaaS platforms Prior experience leading distributed or global engineering organizations Compensation $250k-$300k Medical (HSA available) Dental Vision Short-term & long-term disability (company-paid) Life & AD&D (company-paid) 401K with company match 10 paid holidays, quarterly company closure dates, + holiday week company closure Flexible time off policy Work from home 6 weeks paid parental leave #J-18808-Ljbffr
