Hybrid: 2-3 days on site and 1-2 days remote. (Equipment provided) Setting: Outpatient Only Requirements: Active Medical State License: CA Active DEA Active BLS/AHA Surgical background, urology preferred but not required. Outpatient/clinic experience required.
