UI/UX Designer

Job Title: UI/UX Designer Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai (On-site) Experience Required: 1–4 years CTC Range : ₹4–5 LPA Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our in-house design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, user behavior, and product usability, and the ability to turn complex ideas into simple, elegant, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities: ● Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define design goals. ● Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to derive actionable insights. ● Create personas, user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. ● Design pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces aligned with brand guidelines. ● Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency across platforms. ● Work closely with developers to ensure smooth handoffs and implementation. ● Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and innovations.

Skills & Tools Required: Design Tools: Figma (mandatory), Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision Prototyping Tools: Figma, Marvel, Framer Collaboration Tools: Jira, Confluence, Slack, Notion Design Expertise: ● User-Centered Design (UCD) & Design Thinking ● User research & usability testing ● Visual hierarchy, typography, and responsive layouts ● Maintaining design systems & style guides Nice-to-Have: ● Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for developer collaboration ● Familiarity with AI-based design tools (Uizard, Galileo AI, Figma AI plugins) Ideal Candidate: ● 1–4 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience ● Strong portfolio showcasing user-focused designs and prototypes ● Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills ● Passionate about creating seamless, intuitive user experiences
