The Treasury Analyst plays a critical role in the day‑to‑day management of the company’s liquidity and banking operations. This position is responsible for determining the company’s daily cash position, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of cash movements, executing required cash transfers, and supporting short‑term cash forecasting. The role also contributes to treasury process optimization, audit compliance, and strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do Determine and report the corporation’s daily cash position to meet liquidity needs Execute daily cash concentration transfers and invest excess cash in a cost‑effective manner Reconcile internal cash movements with ending bank balances and investigate variances Prepare and maintain cash position reporting to ensure accurate reporting of short‑term investments and highly liquid assets Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for North American field operations to coordinate required banking services (new accounts, service changes, closures, issue resolution) Maintain the global bank account register, including authorized signers and user access Manage and analyze monthly bank charges and make recommendations to reduce operating costs and improve account structure efficiency Oversee monthly reconciliations for Treasury‑related payments and transactions Support SOX compliance, external audit requests, and treasury policy updates Assist with the Foreign Bank Account Report (FBAR) documentation and filing Update daily cash position reports and maintain short‑term cash forecast models Identify and communicate significant cash‑flow variances and underlying drivers Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure treasury processes align with controls and policies Provide backup support to the Cash Management team Lead or participate in special projects and ad‑hoc analysis to support Treasury Operations initiatives What We’re Looking For Educational Background Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Professional Experience 1–5 years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Banking, or Cash Management Knowledge & Skill Strong understanding of banking operations, KYC requirements, and control agreements Solid knowledge of cash forecasting and treasury management practice Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in PowerPoint and financial data tools Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving capabilities Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams Detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within the organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
