As a Client Service Analyst in Client Services, you will research and resolve client inquiries within established deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and reconciliation. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal partners, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of client accounts. Job responsibilities Establish and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term partnership Address client inquiries timely and accurately, ensuring a high standard of service delivery Reconcile client accounts accurately and within established deadlines Meet internal and client-related deadlines while achieving or exceeding productivity, quality, and timeliness objectives Interact effectively with clients and internal partners, escalating issues to management promptly when needed Drive clear and professional verbal and written communication across various levels of the organization Identify process improvement opportunities based on inquiry data trends to enhance operational efficiency Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 1+ years of client service experience Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex inquiries Demonstrated experience reconciling and confirming detailed activity across multiple client accounts within established deadlines Exemplary client focus and customer service skills Excellent communication skills β€” verbal, written, and listening Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Problem-solving mindset with the ability to craft tailored and innovative solutions based on inquiry trends Ability to build trust, develop meaningful interpersonal relationships, and thrive within a virtual team environment Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm or Monday - Friday, 11:00 am - 8:00 pm This position may require you to work non-traditional hours and/or additional hours as business needs arise.
