We are hiring an Optometry Territory Manager to grow a high‑performing portfolio across the South West, partnering with optometrists to improve patient outcomes while delivering sustainable commercial growth.

The role This is a field‑based role with genuine autonomy. You will take full responsibility for your territory, driving sales excellence across a market‑leading optometry portfolio with a strong focus on dry eye, eyelid hygiene and eye nutrition. You will act as a trusted, clinically credible partner to customers, using insight, data and relationship‑led selling to grow accounts and unlock new opportunities.
