Technical Sales Representative

Title: Technical Sales Representative (Ottawa Region) We’re partnering with a company in the mechanical systems / HVAC / hydronics space that is expanding into the Ottawa market and looking for a Technical Sales Representative to lead the region. This role offers a blend of technical sales, business development, and market-building. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build a territory with strong support, existing accounts, and long-term growth into leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing Develop and grow the Ottawa territory Build relationships with engineering firms, consultants, and mechanical contractors Drive new business development while managing existing accounts Manage a pipeline of project-based opportunities ($50K–$100K range) Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, and industry events What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of experience in: HVAC / hydronics / mechanical systems Technical or project-based sales Strong network within the Ottawa engineering community Mechanical Engineering background (preferred) Proven ability to manage long sales cycles A true hunter mindset with ability to build a territory from scratch Compensation Commission (revenue-driven) Benefits + potential RSP match (in progress) #J-18808-Ljbffr
