Purpose of the Role The Technical Sales Trainee role is designed to provide a structured introduction to technical sales within the PCB/EIF sector. You will gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, technical support, and sales operations under the guidance of the Business Manager and Technical Sales Specialist.

This role is strategically important as it helps strengthen the sales pipeline, supports the delivery of customer solutions, and ensures continuity of technical and commercial expertise within the team. Key Responsibilities Assist in identifying and developing new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting. Support the management of a defined sales territory, identifying potential product applications and market opportunities.

Engage with new and existing customers through field visits, technical discussions, and product demonstrations. Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation under supervision, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Liaise with the Business Manager and Technical Sales Specialist to confirm customer requirements and ensure successful product delivery.

Provide ongoing technical support and assistance during product installation and after-sales service. Collect and report customer feedback, market trends, and product performance insights to inform business strategy. Contribute to team initiatives, projects, and cross-functional collaboration.

Leverage LinkedIn and other professional networks to identify potential customers, engage prospects, and support promotional campaigns. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights via social media platforms to inform sales strategy Why Join Us?
