Technical Director of Development - REMOTE

The successful candidate will drive business development initiatives while ensuring that project milestones are met in alignment with client expectations. High-level leadership in training, project oversight, and collaboration with global teams will be essential. Accountabilities Develop a comprehensive strategic plan for consultancy services in the pharmaceutical sector. Define and execute actionable roadmaps for business expansion. Provide technical support to sales teams and assist in proposal writing.

Lead recruitment efforts for consultants and experts. Ensure technical operations meet customer KPIs. Identify skill gaps and lead training initiatives.

Expand offerings beyond consultancy services. Collaborate with sales and marketing to enhance go-to-market strategies. Coordinate project schedules to ensure timely delivery.

Support client inquiries regarding technical matters. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Science, Business Management, or related field. 10+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry. 3-5 years of supervisory experience. Advanced English language skills.

Strong project management capabilities in fast-paced environments. Deep understanding of pharmaceutical standards and legislation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer service orientation. Ability to analyze financial indicators. Proven leadership and coaching skills.
