Role Overview We are hiring a Technical Architect – Data to own data platform strategy, lead architecture across major client accounts, and act as the company's senior data thought leader with enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities ▸ Own end-to-end data platform architecture strategy across multiple client accounts ▸ Lead build architecture and solution design for enterprise data lakehouses, warehouses, and streaming platforms ▸ Drive large-scale cloud migration programs — on-prem to GCP/AWS/Azure ▸ Act as the primary technical point of contact for CXO/CDO-level stakeholders ▸ Lead presales and solutioning: scope, estimate, and architect solutions for new opportunities ▸ Define data engineering standards, governance frameworks, and architectural guardrails for the delivery org ▸ Mentor and grow a team of architects and senior data engineers Required Skills ▸ 9–14 years in data engineering and architecture with enterprise-scale delivery experience ▸ Expert in cloud data platforms: GCP (strongly preferred), AWS, and/or Azure ▸ Deep expertise in data modelling, build architecture, and solution/system design ▸ Strong Databricks, BigQuery, and modern data stack credentials ▸ Proven CXO/CDO-level stakeholder management and client delivery leadership ▸ Experience leading large technical teams and cross-functional delivery programs Good to Have ▸ Experience with data mesh, data products, and federated governance models ▸ Presales experience: RFP responses, technical proposals, and commercial solutioning ▸ Cloud architect certifications at professional or specialty level
