Team Lead Diet Counselor

Job Title: Team Lead – Diet Counselor Location: Chandigarh Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Lead – Diet Counselor to lead a team of diet counselors, provide nutritional guidance to clients, and ensure the achievement of counseling and business objectives. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, counseling, and communication skills, along with a passion for helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals. Key Responsibilities * Lead, mentor, and manage a team of diet counselors to ensure high performance and productivity. * Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews. * Provide nutritional counseling and personalized diet plans to clients. * Monitor client progress and ensure high-quality counseling services. * Handle escalations and support team members in resolving client concerns. * Maintain accurate client records and reports. * Ensure adherence to company policies and counseling standards. * Collaborate with other departments to improve client satisfaction and retention. * Achieve individual and team targets related to counseling and client engagement.

Required Qualifications and Skills * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Lead. * Good with team handling and people management. * Good counseling and client interaction skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong leadership and motivational abilities. * Ability to work in a target-driven environment. * Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is preferred. Experience * 3–5 years of overall experience in Diet Counseling/Nutrition. * Minimum 2 years of Team Lead experience is mandatory. Candidates with strong team management skills, counseling expertise, and a proven ability to lead and motivate teams will be preferred.
